MoneyGram uses XRP for transactions
Ripple continues to score points both in the media and among fans who are convinced that XRP is a truly decentralized cryptocurrency of a new generation.

MoneyGram started testing such Ripple payment solutions like xCurrent and xRapid, suggesting their future adaptation. Moreover, it is already known that the Ripple xRapid payment solution is considered effective in terms of transaction costs and speed. It involves the use of XRP as the base currency for transfers.
In July, Ripple acquired a stake in MoneyGram for $ 50 million, opening a new partner with new and more efficient payment solutions. Ripple’s partnership with MoneyGram was unexpected in its own way and resulted in almost 100% shock in MoneyGram shares. At the moment, they are trading at a price of about $ 2.78.
As for XRP, at that moment the cryptocurrency did not show sharp price spikes, which is not new to it lately. During this year, XRP behaves fairly stable.
